With a degree in sports performance from Bath Uni she uses this knowledge to help her clients in their own fitness performance, whatever their goals may be.

Laura is an ex footballer and PE teacher who taught for over 10 years in London secondary schools but felt so passionate about fitness, exercise and nutrition as a means of helping people change their lives for the better she gave up her career to work full team as a personal trainer and gym manager.
Having played football at a high level, for Tottenham ladies and QPR ladies growing up, she has always been a big advocate of exercise, healthy nutritional and lifestyle habits.
She believes that recreational sport and daily exercise should be integral to people's lives and that being part of a gym community can lead to a strong sense of self worth and belonging which brings so much joy to people lives.
