There are a few things we'd like to make you aware of regarding how we're tackling Covid-19 —
Dave has been working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer since 2011. Throughout this time he has gained his experience through teaching classes and working at gyms around Bath, where he was able to learn from others to adapt his own personal style of training.
He has a relaxed approach when it comes to fitness but don't let it fool you — he knows how to get maximum results from you with what feels like minimal effort.
Having come from playing team sports, he loves to teach classes and teams where he can watch clients build relationships and bonds together to overcome their workouts. His personal training style is never a one size fits all and will always make sure that each person that comes through the doors is treated as an individual and not a number.
Alongside his work with clients at the GFIB gym, he loves to hold social occasions where clients can get together over a BBQ or a game of Touch Rugby. He likes to think that fitness isn't all about what happens inside the gym, but more about what goes on outside of it and making fitness a part of peoples lives instead of a chore to get those results.
Dave's qualifications are continually being updated, but he currently holds:

Natasha knows that everyone is different and will require their own level of personal training which is specific and tailored to them. Natasha experience as a high achieving sports women, who's passion lays in this industry gives her a deep understanding of training programmes and performance.

Katie's passion and enthusiasm for yoga began five years ago when she was seeking a way to de-stress whilst juggling a busy schedule in London.
In 2015 she moved to Australia and continued to practice; the ability to pause and reset, connect body and mind, and provide a physical workout, were all reasons the activity became an essential part of her routine.
Katie decided to complete her teaching training so she can pass on the benefits of yoga to others; she has recently passed her practical exam for Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga at YMCAFit.
