Keen to get fit and stay active in a more social environment? Our Complete classes are run at various times of the day throughout the week. Contact us to find out when our next 5 week course is starting — it's personal training without the price tag.

New GFIB:Complete

GFIB Complete is a group training class designed for individuals of all fitness levels looking for that complete package.

The class runs in 5 week blocks where individuals come to 4 sessions per week. The sessions are specifically tailored to cover all aspects of fitness, with each week covering different areas such as HIIT, Strength, Cardio, Core, Strongman etc.

There will also be 2 additional Saturday classes running in weeks 1 & 3, covering nutritional information and advice with a chance to ask any questions you may have regarding your nutrition. There will be nutritional support throughout the 5 week block and an optional weekly food diary to be completed and given to us to ensure you are on the right track and supporting your hard work in the gym.

This class covers it all and is designed for those who want to be pushed and feel the burn whilst achieving results in a group training environment.

Nutritional classes run 9am-10am on Saturdays in weeks 1 & 3.

The price for the 5 week block is £150

Personal Training

Prices for personal training are listed below. Book 10 sessions in advance for great savings (sessions to be used within 6 months). Each session is 45 minutes long.

  • 10 sessions £200
  • 10 sessions Joint/couple £300


Our Complete class runs in 5 week blocks where individuals come to 4 sessions per week. There are also 2 additional classes covering nutritional information and advice. Find out more.
