- I will attend all my sessions and work hard in them, testing my limits and embrace the exercises and program set out for me.
- I will stick to my new nutrition plan, eat healthly and take control of what goes into my body.
- I will approach all aspects with a positive attitude and take responsibility for my actions, in and out of the gym.
- I will consider the affect of empty calories (alcohol) and learn to love drinking water!
- I will get advice when I need it, never holding back from taking advantage of all the expertise and knowledge of GFIB.
