Finally, we'd like you to pledge to us, so we can provide you with the
best exercise programme possible and for you to get the best results —
I will attend all my sessions and work hard in them, testing my
limits and embrace the exercises and program set out for me.
I will stick to my new nutrition plan, eat healthly and take control
of what goes into my body.
I will approach all aspects with a positive attitude and take
responsibility for my actions, in and out of the gym.
I will consider the affect of empty calories (alcohol) and learn
to love drinking water!
I will get advice when I need it, never holding back from taking
advantage of all the expertise and knowledge of GFIB.
I will not negatively affect anyone elses training or nutrition,
and where possible I will help other members reach their goals.
