It is to your advantage to be honest and open with any medical preconditions that may affect your training experience - your health is paramount to your instructor. In some cases we may ask for a doctors note.

Programme Agreement

We want to provide you with the best exercise programme possible and for you to get the best results. To start this we would like you to read and agree to the following before continuing —

  1. All information I provide here is correct, and if anything changes that might affect my programme I will inform Get Fit In Bath immediately.
  2. If I feel discomfort/aches/pain in any aspect of the exercise programme I will inform Get Fit In Bath immediately.
  3. I will agree to give the programme my all and embrace the lifestyle changes that will help me reach my goal.
  4. If I cannot make a booked session I will inform Get Fit In Bath 24 hours before, or the session will be charged at full cost.
  5. I will not be abusive to any staff member or client of Get Fit In Bath, and agree that if I do, Get Fit In Bath reserve the right to cancel my sessions.

Commitment Pledge

Finally, we'd like you to pledge to us, so we can provide you with the best exercise programme possible and for you to get the best results —

  1. I will attend all my sessions and work hard in them, testing my limits and embrace the exercises and program set out for me.
  2. I will stick to my new nutrition plan, eat healthly and take control of what goes into my body.
  3. I will approach all aspects with a positive attitude and take responsibility for my actions, in and out of the gym.
  4. I will consider the affect of empty calories (alcohol) and learn to love drinking water!
  5. I will get advice when I need it, never holding back from taking advantage of all the expertise and knowledge of GFIB.
  6. I will not negatively affect anyone elses training or nutrition, and where possible I will help other members reach their goals.
  7. I will give 100% effort at all times.
